15C2-4 H&E stained sections of the "intradural lesion" show a highly vascular lesion made up of small capillaries and scattered arterioles. The background stromal cells have pale eosinophilic to foamy cytoplasm with pleomorphic nuclei ranging from small and round to large with "degenerative atypia." An unusual element are the medium sized unlined cysts. (H&E)
