2B1,2 H&E illustrates a highly vascular neoplasm composed of numerous thin walled vessels and intervening clear cells featuring generally monomorphic round to oval nuclei, with occasional hyperchromasia and pleomorphism. Many of the clear cells have a multivacuolated appearance. (H&E)
