Case 8 History ---- The patient is a 72-year-old man with history of hemangioblastoma. ---- 8A1-3 Hematoxylin and eosin stained sections show numerous vascular channels with intervening foamy stromal cells. There is significant cellular pleomorphism and cytologic atypia including large bizarre cells. However, mitoses are rare.
