Case 18 History ---- The patient is a 52-year-old man with a history of renal cell carcinoma and a cerebellar mass. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for cerebellar tumor resection. ---- 18A1-3 Sections of the “cerebellar tumor” show nested tumor cells with prominent nucleoli and clear cytoplasm in sheets and nests, separated by thin walled capillaries surrounded by a prominent mature lymphoplasmacytic infiltrate.
