20B1,2 Tumor cells are positive for CD10 (20B1), focally positive for RCC (20B2) and negative for inhibin (which is usually positive in hemangioblastoma). The morphology, immunophenotype and prior history of renal cell carcinoma (Fuhrman nuclear grade 3-4/4) are consistent with metastatic renal cell carcinoma.
