Case 24 History The patient is a 65-year-old man with a cerebellar tumor. Operative procedure: resection. 24A1,2 Sections show tumor cells arranged into nests with surrounding fine capillary networks, punctuated by scattered areas of necrosis. These tumor cells are pleomorphic, with prominent nucleoli and occasional bizarre forms, and predominantly show clear cytoplasm.
