26A1 Endolymphatic Sac Tumor (Case 26) 1.jpg
Case 26 History ---- The patient is a 14 year old girl with a petrous temporal tumor. Operative procedure: Mastoidectomy ---- 26A1-4 Although this patient did not have recognized VHL she did have a rare tumor often associated with it, an endolymphatic sac tumor. These tumors are impressively papillary with a single layer of columnar to cuboidal epithelium, often with distinct cell boundaries and minimal mitotic activity but may, as this tumor did, recur multiple times.
