29A1 Hemangioblastoma (Case 29) 4 copy
At autopsy, the weight of the unfixed brain was 1450g. ---- 29A1 Sections of the cerebellum showed multiple orange-red lesions having serpiginous but sharp borders in the left hemisphere. These lesions appear to represent vascular neoplasms and the effect of stereotactic radiosurgery to the lesion on its margin which represents residual hemangioblastoma (large arrowhead). A tiny hemangioblastoma is nearby (small arrowhead). In the right dorsal hemisphere of the cerebellum there is an untreated lesion (arrow).
