29A3-9 Multiple images from the cerebellum show a few of many cellular lesions that consist of a proliferation of spindled cells forming an intricate mesh-work of small capillary networks admixed with some larger vascular pools. Some of the cells have a foamy cytoplasm and there are focal aggregates of extramedullary hematopoiesis.
