Case 2 History ---- The patient is a 33-year-old man with von Hippel-Lindau syndrome. The patient has had multiple cerebellar lesions which have been monitored with periodic MRI's. One lesion in the right cerebellar area has grown considerably in recent months. Operative procedure: stealth guided right posterior fossa craniotomy for resection ---- 2A This T1-weighted contrast administered scan shows multiple foci of HAB in both cerebellar hemispheres.
