Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 43-year-old woman with history of von Hippel-Lindau disease and four enhancing cerebellar lesions visible on MRI. Operative procedure and findings: Stealth guided left posterior fossa craniotomy for tumor (x4) resection. ---- 4A1-3 MRI Studies: 4A1 Multiple cerebellar cystic masses are seen in this T1-weighted image with administered contrast.
