Case 6 History ---- The patient is a 43 year old woman with history of VHL, multiple cerebellar masses and a S1-S2 mass on MRI. Operative procedure and findings: Resection of purple-red mass, intradural at S1 and S2. ---- 6A1-3 Imaging the S1-S2 spinal mass in this patient. 6A1 There is a mass (arrow) demonstrated in the S1-S2 subarachnoid space which is isointense in this T1-weighted non-contrast administered scan. It is thought to be a hemangioblastoma.
