Case 1 History ---- The patient is a 33 year old female with known history of MTFHR folic acid pathway mutation not on antiplatelets/anticoagulation, presenting with a five day duration of headaches and left-sided weakness. Imaging showed a large frontotemporal intraparenchymal hemorrhage with a possible underlying enhancing mass. Operative procedure: Decompression craniotomy and resection. ---- 1A1-4 MRI Exam: 1A1 This TIRM scan shows the mass lesion and significant surrounding edema.
