Case 3 History ---- The patient was a 56 year old woman with a left occipital tumor. ---- 3A1-3 The tumor cells have moderate nuclear pleomorphism and are arranged in a haphazard pattern. There are abundant thin-walled branching vessels, and some vessels have a staghorn appearance. Mitotic activity is focally brisk (>5/10HPF). No necrosis is appreciated.
