There is prominent nuclear immunoreactivity for STAT6 which varies from tumor cell to cell. (STAT IHC) ---- Ancillary studies: Reactivity for CD34 is focal and patchy. Scattered tumor cells show reactivity for CD31. No reactivity for EMA is present. The reticulin stain highlights a prominent pericellular reticulin network. Ki-67 labeling is reported to show a labeling index of up to 10-12%.
