Case 4 History ---- The patient was a 74-year-old woman with a history of melanoma who presented with confusion and was found to have a left parietal mass concerning for meningioma. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for excision of tumor. 4A1-3 MRI studies: 4A1,2 The tumor mass is surrounded by significant edema in these FLAIR and T2-weighted scans.
