4B1-3 H&E stained sections show a neoplasm composed of spindled cells with a fascicular architecture. The cells have elongated shapes with moderate eosinophilic cytoplasm and medium to large elongated wavy nuclei. Mitoses are very rare (<1/10HPF). There are interspersed dilated blood vessels. There is no necrosis.
