Case 6 History ---- The patient was a 75-year-old man who presented with complains of gait and balance problems for approximately 9-12 months. MRI showed a 4.9 x 6.0 x 4.6 cm enhancing bifrontal parafalcine extra-axial mass. Operative procedure: Bifrontal craniotomy for resection of tumor. ---- 6A1-5 The massive size of the neoplasm and its bifrontal location is well shown with this series of MRIs ---- The tumor is hyperintense on FLAIR scan.
