Case 7 History ---- The patient was a 29-year-old man who presented with several week history of increased confusion, double vision, facial droop and personality changes. MRI showed a large, extra-axial enhancing mass in middle cranial fossa. Operative procedure: Left stereotactic craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- 7A1-3 A series of MRI scans characterize the location and appearance of this neoplasm. A profound mass effect is visible on this FLAIR exam.
