Tumor cells are arranged predominantly in moderately hypercellular sheets with intersecting, variably oriented fascicles to impart a storiform appearance. Tumor cells show spindled morphology with cytoplasmic vacuolation and nuclei with vesicular chromatin. Mitotic figures are present at 5/10HPF.
