The precentral gyrus shows scattered TDP43 immunoreactive cytoplasmic skein-like inclusions. There is some fibrillary material within the cytoplasm of rare, scattered oligodendrocytes. ---- Not shown: Bielschowsky stained material does not show Alzheimer senile plaques and neurofibrillary tangles.
