Multiple sections of frontal, parietal, temporal and occipital neocortices show a relatively well-maintained complement of neurons. The precentral gyrus (motor cortex) was sampled and exhibits well preserved cortical neuronal layers including Betz cells, although there is a subtle reduction of neuronal size and number.
