This CD68 immunostain demonstrates marked infiltration of macrophages and microglia in the lateral corticospinal tracts and the right anterior corticospinal tract (arrow) in comparison to the dorsal columns. (CD68 IHC) ---- Comment: I was surprised by the different level of involvement in the corticospinal tracts as shown in the CD68 and LFB-PAS stains.
