At autopsy, the weight of the unfixed brain was 1200g. The sulcal-gyral pattern is remarkable for widening of the sulci and narrowing of the gyri in the right frontal lobe and left frontal, parietal, and temporal lobes. A collapsed arachnoid cyst was noted in the left temporal pole.
