Case 4 History ---- The decedent was a 66-year-old man with a clinical history of gene-positive Huntington's disease and hypertension. He was recently admitted to BJH 10/7/2017 for a sudden onset of altered mental status and was discharged 5 days later after completion of antibiotic treatment for UTI and probable sepsis. Clinical history thereafter was unavailable. The patient died a month after his UTI admission. ---- At autopsy the weight of the unfixed brain is 1200g.
