Case 2 History ---- The patient was a 68 year old male with largely motor Parkinsonian symptoms initially but superimposed cognitive defects in the last year of his life. ---- At autopsy the unfixed brain weighed 1230g. ---- 2B1-4 There was very mild generalized atrophy of the cerebral hemispheres.
