Case 7 History ---- The patient was a 91yo female with a diagnosis of parkinsonism, originally thought clinically to be progressive supranuclear palsy. The patient initially developed parkinsonian symptoms in 1985, dementia without hallucinations in 1996 and facial and limb dystonia in 2000. Other diagnoses considered included Lewy body dementia; idiopathic PD with Alzheimer's dementia; corticobasal degeneration, and multisystem atrophy. The details of the patient's death were unavailable.
