9A1,2 At autopsy the weight of the unfixed brain was 1220g. The sulcal-gyral pattern is atrophic. Coronal sections of the cerebral hemispheres reveal an atrophic cortical ribbon. The ventricular system is dilated with blunting of the angles of the lateral ventricles.
