11C2-7 The tegmentum and pontine nuclei show severe and dramatic alpha-synuclein pathology. There are numerous GCIs, some neuronal cytoplasmic inclusions (NCIs), and scattered neuronal intranuclear inclusions (NII) throughout the pontine nuclei.
