Case 18 History ---- The patient was a 62yo female diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 1982 when she was 56. Her symptoms gradually progressed and she was admitted to Psychiatry in 1988 for depression. She was treated with Doxepin and tevodopa . Her mood improved and she was discharged in 10/1988. She had a past medical history significant for an abdominal aortic aneurysm, a left hip fracture, and a vertebral fracture. She was in her usual state of health until December 1988 when she was found dead at home.
