4B9 Although all areas sampled have recent/subacute hypoxic/ischemic injury compatible with her terminal course, some regions have pathology which is arguably older including the cerebellum, both hemispheres and vermis which may reflect a contribution from her pulmonary problems as well as post-cardiac arrest changes.
