Case 7 History (Sister of Case 8) ---- This 18 year old female had a familial history of Hallervorden-Spatz disease previously diagnosed at autopsy in her sister. She started to developed symptoms very early during life and autopsy confirmed the diagnosis. ---- The left hemisphere was used for biochemical studies. Brain weight was unrecorded.
