9C1-3 The most remarkable pathology in this case is in the substantia nigra which was notable for a loss of pigmented neurons, melanin incontinence, multiple foci of calcification, deposition of iron pigment in quantities greater than would be expected for melanin incontinence and the presence of axonal spheroids.
