5A1,2 At autopsy, the unfixed brain weighed 1030 grams. The cerebral convexities showed some asymmetry, with the right temporal lobe (not shown) relatively full compared to the left. Examination of the formalin-fixed left hemibrain revealed mild atrophy laterally and moderate atrophy medially in the frontal lobe and severe atrophy of the anterior and inferior temporal lobe.
