This case received the diagnosis of Pick’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease many years ago. Although we cannot conduct a modern workup I think we would give this a diagnosis of Alzheimer Disease Neuropathologic Change of low/intermediate likelihood resulting in dementia in this patient using the NIA-AA criteria.
