2A2-4 The cerebral cortex and underlying white matter are overrun with PBs. Subpial and perivascular PB are typical places for PB in astrocytic processes, but the diffuse proliferation in gray matter is unusual for astrocytic PB that accumulate with normal aging. (H&E)
