Case 4 History ---- The patient is a 29-year-old female with bilateral upper extremity weakness. Operative procedure: muscle biopsy, AIN nerve biopsy. ---- 4A1 The presence of neuropathy is clear here with patchy loss of axons (arrowheads). Again the axons present are dominated by large myelinated forms. (Toluidine-blue stained one-micron thick plastic embedded section)
