Case 8 History ---- The patient is a 76 year old woman with peripheral neuropathy. Operative procedure: Left sural nerve biopsy. ---- 8A1 A whole mount of the sural nerve shows numerous epineurial vessels of various sizes, some of which appear to be arterioles. (SMA IHC)
