Case 7 History ---- The patient is a 79-year-old man with longstanding neuropathy associated with anti-MAG antibodies and Waldenström's macroglobulinemia. Elevated MAG titers have been progressively reduced but he continued to complain of worsening gait disorder and weakness. Ultrasound suggests sural nerve enlargement. ---- 7A There is no inflammation in the epineurium and endoneurium of this case; however, there is a degree of endoneurial pallor. (H&E)
