Case 14 History ---- The patient is a 63 year old man with rapidly progressive weakness. EMG/NCS showed a mixed demyelinating and axonal pattern. The patient carries outside diagnoses of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and vasculitic neuropathy. Operative procedure: Left superficial peroneal nerve biopsy. ---- 14A1-3 H&E show several foci of pale eosinophilic deposits in the sub-perineurial space. (H&E)
