Case 7 History ---- The patient is a 57-year-old man with extremity weakness and a differential diagnosis of CIDP. Operative procedure: right sural nerve biopsy. ---- 7A1-3 Hematoxylin and eosin stained sections show small patches of pink amorphous material in the endo- and perineurium. There is no evidence of vasculitis or inflammation. (H&E)
