Case 11 History ---- The patient is a three month old girl with right brachial plexus injury. Operative procedure: Right brachial plexus repair. In this case the neurosurgical specimen contained a portion of a dorsal root ganglion as well as the neuroma. 11A1 A low magnification image of the neurosurgical specimen containing the neuroma and adjacent DRG.
