Case 17 History ---- The patient is a four month old girl with a right brachial plexus injury and C5-6 neuroma. Operative procedure: Right brachial plexus exploration with sural nerve graft. ---- 17A1,2 Sections show a peripheral nerve with 4-5 fascicles surrounded by numerous "mini-fascicles" in a collagenous background.
