Case 25 History ---- The patient is a 15 year old boy with a clinical history of trauma of the right knee. Operative procedure and findings: Exploration of right peroneal nerve with grafting using right sural and left sural nerve. ---- 25A0 A whole mount of the surgical specimen showing multiple cross sections that differ in pathologic findings. In some areas, cellular proliferation is prominent and distinct around the nerve fascicles; whereas in others distinction of the fascicle boundaries and adjacent connective tissue is difficult.
