26A0 Case 1 History
Case 26 History ---- The patient is a 52-year-old woman with a history of traumatic injury to the right ulnar nerve in August 2025 status post ulnar nerve reconstruction in September 2025 with residual and ongoing motor and sensory deficits in the right hand. She underwent repeat ulnar nerve reconstruction in February 2026 with autograft placement. Muscle and nerve samples were obtained at the time of the 2026 surgery distal to the proximal stump with the clinical suspicion of neuroma formation.
