Case 11 History ---- This 83yo female was admitted on 4/9 with a several day history of orthostatic dizziness and falling to the left but no recognized established falls with head injury. ---- 11A1-3 The ventral aspect of the brain shows contusions in the orbital surface of the right frontal lobe.
