Case 21 History ---- The patient was a 53yo male with a history of paranoid schizophrenia who died of severe coronary arteriosclerosis with old and recent coronary thrombi and numerous cardiac infarcts. There was no history of trauma recorded in this patient’s history. ----
21A1,2 The orbital surface of the frontal lobes showed characteristic remote contusions.
