Washington University Experience | TRAUMA & FORENSIC | Contusions | 25A2 Encephalocoele (Case 25) 2
There are numerous foci of orange-brown discoloration and surface granularity involving the tips of the occipital lobes, the right cerebellum, anterior frontal lobes, particularly the inferior orbital aspects and involving the olfactory bulbs, as well as the lower lateral aspects of the frontoparietal cortices bilaterally. The right cerebellar hemisphere is markedly shrunken, particularly the superior aspect. All the hemorrhagic lesions were thought to represent contusions.
