Case 26 History ---- This 59yo male was found unconscious by his family on the floor of his bathroom. On ER admission he was deeply comatose. Total survival was 19 days. ---- The gross pathology shows several contusions in the right and left temporal lobes. ---- Not shown: There was a thin partially organized subdural hemorrhage attached to the undersurface of the left dura.
