Case 14 History ---- The patient is an 18-year-old woman who presented with episodes of tunnel vision, fogginess of thinking, headache, and occasional left hand numbness. Imaging studies, including brain MRI and angiogram, showed a 1.7 cm right temporal-occipital AVM. Operative procedure: Right occipital craniotomy for resection of intracranial AVM. ---- 14A1,2 The AVM is shown in a T1-weighted with contrast form (14A1) and in an angiogram (14A2)
