Case 14 History ---- The patient is an 18-year-old woman who presented with episodes of tunnel vision, fogginess of thinking, headache, and occasional left hand numbness. Imaging studies, including brain MRI and angiogram, showed a 1.7 cm right temporal-occipital AVM.
